A full-size pickup with broad capability

The 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 lineup spans work-focused regular-cab trucks, roomy Crew Cabs, off-road AT4 and AT4X models, and luxury-oriented Denali trims. GMC offers short, standard and long cargo beds depending on cab and trim, with up to 89.1 cubic feet of bed volume.

Crew Cab configurations offer up to six-passenger seating on eligible trims, 44.5 inches of front legroom and 43.0 inches of front headroom. Drivers can also choose between rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive on many Sierra configurations.

Up to 13,300 pounds of available towing

The 3.0-liter Duramax Turbo-Diesel enables Sierra 1500's highest available tow rating of up to 13,300 pounds when the truck is properly configured. GMC's Max Trailering Package, available on select SLE, Elevation and SLT trucks, adds components such as enhanced cooling, revised shock tuning, heavier-duty rear springs and a 220-amp alternator.

Available ProGrade Trailering tools, an integrated trailer brake controller and up to 13 available camera views can help with hitching, maneuvering and monitoring a compatible trailer.

Large digital displays and available hands-free driving

SLE, Elevation and SLT include a 12.3-inch digital Driver Information Center, while a 13.4-inch Premium GMC Infotainment System with Google built-in compatibility is available or standard depending on trim. GMC also offers up to 13 available camera views to support parking, trailering and maneuvering.

Available Super Cruise brings hands-free driver assistance to compatible roads and can operate while towing on eligible configurations. The driver must remain attentive and follow all system requirements.

AT4 and AT4X take Sierra beyond the pavement

Sierra 1500 AT4 comes standard with the 3.0-liter Duramax Turbo-Diesel, a 2-inch factory lift, Rancho monotube shocks, a two-speed Autotrac transfer case and underbody skid plates. The available 6.2-liter V8 raises gasoline output to 420 horsepower.

AT4X adds front and rear electronic locking differentials, Multimatic DSSV dampers, specialized AEV front bumper and skid-plate hardware, and 16-way heated and ventilated front seats with massage. AT4X Crew Cab also provides 11.5 inches of ground clearance.
