I had to buy another truck because my 2024 kept breaking down. It was in the repair shop 5 times.It had less than 50000 miles. I’m a builder. And I couldn’t depend on the truck any more. I finally decided to buy a new one. Troy was my salesman and he was very helpful. I highly recommend him.. Although I had to buy another truck new truck because the 24 was not dependable.

I had my front brakes etc replaced late October early November. Right away I noticed a heavy vibration while braking. Due to circumstances I was unable to have it repaired until yesterday. New rotors and pads were needed as apparently the replacements were faulty.

We were pretty disappointed that part of the repair was to replace with windshield reservoir, which was done...but they did not fill the reservoir upon completion of the repair so we had to stop at a gas station to clean our windows (as it was misting that day, and dirt was getting on the windshield)...then we had to fill the reservoir when we got home - we don't mind filling the reservoir when it gets low...but when the dealership replaces it with a brand new one, they should fill it!!!

Best experience I’ve had at a GM dealership in quite a while

I had an appointment for 2/4/25 to fix a sensor. The car was dropped off at 8:30 and the courtesy car dropped me off at work. At 4:45 I had not heard from the dealership and was concerned about getting back to the dealership. so I called and was told that a service tech went home sick and they couldn’t get to my car. So I had to bring the car back the following day. I asked about throwing in a tire rotation and Terry agreed due to my inconvenience. I would have rated higher had I been called about the problem and had to come back twice for service.

Multi point inspection sheet left totally blank. Wiper fluid "empty " alert came on when i pulled into my driveway -same day. Question is all inspetions were completed.

Prompt response They never say we are backed up a week before we can get to you! Its always get it here and we will look at it!! Best Service department !!

Starting with the receptionist that day, very unprofessional, didn't want to answer any questions just pushed a button and poof you were on to whom ever, they gave me a name to get ahold of on the email confirmation and I asked for him and he was not happy at all, then with service department I needed a idea how long the recall would be, all day was the answer, very rude people working there, asked for a call back after the man working on it came back from lunch break, 2 hours later I called the place back, which made the person on the phone upset, never ever again.

Terry kurzey was so accommodating and got me on and out in good time. Always friendly.

Right from the handshake Rich Cooper was fantastic! He made the car buying experience stress-free and smooth. The entire team was welcoming and respectful.

When I brought the truck in for drop-off, the gentlemen was very kind and funny. I think the gentlemen at pickup was a little short and quick to get us out the door but he was also very busy with no other people around to help get people in and out. I would recommend having another person to help check in and out so he is not so stressed.

We were looking for a comparable vehicle to replace our old 2014 GMC Acadia which has served us well for the past 9+ years. The salesman (Todd?) at Jim Winter was able to set us up with a 2025 Buick Enclave with low mileage and excellent (like new) condition. The salesman was friendly and professional and didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything. Overall the experience was as good as we could have hoped for. Thanks for putting the customer first.

I brought my Buick Enclave in for the driver's side airbag replacement. The entire service experience was seamless. Everyone in the service department was friendly and professional. The head technician performed the repair in a very timely manner to accommodate my schedule.

Failed to call when vehicle was complete after service!!! Called after 5:00pm…no one could tell me if vehicle was ready to be picked up!!!!!!!! Not good

My oil change and tire rotation was done quickly, I was kept notified of the progress and my car was clean when I got it back.

Impressive technology upon entry and much faster service than anticipated. Only complaint is there was no paperwork provided to show what was done,

Anytime I need anything done. My service advisor gets everything taken care of for me in a timely fashion. I always get text messages of updates on where my car stands on being fixed.

I dropped off my vehicle at my appointment time 11;15 and was told vehicle would not be ready until next day. At approximately 4;00 my team agent called and told me two men went home sick and vehicle was not worked on and vehicle would be ready next day. I called agent next day at 3;00 and was told apart was needed to fix a noise that I had requested was to be fixed and part had to be ordered and would be in next day .i was not happy with time it took to fix vechle.

Went in for a lube oil and filter and tire rotation. Compared to the previous week when I took my other vehicle in it take a bit longer. I was a little disapointed when they told me the rear tow was off but did not offer to correct it that day. I will now have to make another appointment. Would have been nice to get it all done in one day.

It took only 2hrs to purchase my new truck. Service was quick no questions about what we were looking for. Thank you
